Common questions

How do I track my order?

Open the DapperDriver app and go to your order — you'll see its live status as the boutique prepares it and a driver brings it to your door, with a notification at each step.

How does delivery work, and what does it cost?

DapperDriver delivers from local boutiques, often the same day. You can choose standard or rush delivery at checkout, and all fees and taxes are shown clearly before you pay. In-store pickup is available where a boutique offers it.

I have a problem with an order or need a refund.

Email aidaly@dapperdriver.com with your order number and we'll make it right — including refunds where appropriate.

How do I manage or delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Privacy & Security. You can update your details there, and Delete Account permanently removes your account and personal data.

I'm a boutique or a driver — how do I join?

Download the app, create an account, and choose the Boutique or Driver role at sign-up. Our team reviews applications before activation. Questions about partnering? Email aidaly@dapperdriver.com.
